10. Winner publication and regulator requests
We may publish limited information to show that a valid prize award took place, such as first name or surname, county or region, prize won and ticket number.
You can object to publication by contacting privacy@agoracompetitions.co.uk. Even where you object, we may still need to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority, regulators, law enforcement or other competent bodies where required.
11. International transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom.
Where this happens, we will use appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy regulations, standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or another lawful transfer mechanism.
